Last 7th and 8th of September 2016 the kick-off meeting of the project was held in Spoleto (Italy). The meeting was attended by representatives of the Italian and Slovenian partners.
The first part of the meeting was devoted to the self-presentations of the partners, briefly outlining the goals of each organisation and stressing each participant’s interest in the project.
In the course of the meeting the structure of the project was presented to the partners by the representative of Incipit Consulting, examining in detail objectives, target groups and actions as well as the expected results.
Incipit Consulting, as project coordinator, also provided the essential information regarding:

• the management and organization of the project
• proposals for the project logo and web-site
• the project work plan, analysing each phase, related actions and expected results and the involvement of each partner in the different activities.
• the administrative and financial issues and the reporting procedures
• the goals and contents of the monitoring system

Besides the presentations of the coordinator, the representative of ENAT illustrates a proposal for the organisation of the dissemination activities to create awareness of the project so it can be successful and sustainable.
Part of the meeting was also devoted to a brief reporting of the first project activities – Demand and Supply Analysis – by the involved partners.
The last presentation before the closure of the kick-off meeting was made by the representative of Incipit Consulting who listed all the activities planned before the next partnership meeting foreseen at the end of November 2016.
The meeting was held at Palazzo Mauri, where the Public Library of the Municipality of Spoleto, partner in the project, is located.
